For us, the best practice is about finding the top talent within the market for a specific position. Each and every project we follow the following search strategy:
Defining the brief – We take your strategic objectives and project brief, methods and timings. With our initial steps we will provide progress reports
Long List – We breakdown a ‘long list’ of 30-50 candidates which include profiles, biographies and any relevant notes around each individual. We always advise each of our partners to select a minimum of 4 candidates which we will then personally face to face interview, with the view to creating a final short list.
Short List – Following our detailed interviews, a refined selection of candidates we highly recommend will be put forward 3-5. This will then cross over into your direct interview process until you are ready to hire.
Selection – Across the process we look to add value by conducting negotiations, managing counter offers (If any) and hand holding across the resignation process.
