You are probably seeing this with your current team already. So, keeping up with the competitive salaries will be an absolute must.

The past few years have been great for people trying to find a balance between work and play. Remote working has definitely allowed this. There could be some challenges for this in 2023. There are many people considering a full time return to the office, due to rising costs. It doesn’t necessarily mean they want to.
