Netflix Announces They are Making a BioShock Movie
Netflix announces the long-awaited BioShock Live-Action Movie adaptation. The streaming giant has partnered with Take-Two Interactive, the game’s parent company, to develop a potential cinematic universe. The deal between Netflix and Take-Two has been in the works for almost a year and has many fans feeling excited.

BioShock was released in 2007 and the game is set in a fictional, underwater city called Rapture, players were mysteriously drawn to its depths only to uncover a shocking history of how a city meant to serve as a safe haven for the rich and powerful became a hell underwater, stalked by terrifying suited giants called Big Daddies. The BioShock series of games from 2K has sold more than 39 million copies worldwide and sprang to life in 2007.
